Frantic, I called many repair providers and they all went straight to voice mail! Then I called sun cellular. I remember his name today, Ian. Ian for sure heard the stress in my voice as I didn't want my daughter to drive all the way home without a phone; he was so helpful and kind.! He assured me that his tech, Alex, would be there promptly despite it being a holiday. And within 35 minutes of me calling sun cellular, Alex was there. He had my daughters phone fixed in 7 minutes! “These guys are the best, I had broken off a small capacitor on a circuit board I was tinkering with and deemed the micro solder job too risky for myself to do, I brought it in and showed Michael and Bryan the damage, loved the transparency as they told me to come on back with them and I basically watched the repair from start to finish while talking to them about their business. “Looked around online they had the most stars so i called, told them what was going on w my phone! (Touch screen wasnt working) they told me if i booked an apt online i could save $20! It was easy & they had same day times! Waited a little over a hr! Got ice cream next door came back to my phone working & even gave me a discount on a screen protector! He was very understanding & helpful! It was less than $150 for everything! Diagnosis, repair & protector! It could have been cheaper too! “I needed support to get my scan capability on my new HP printer. I was unable to do it as the required drivers were not available. Rachel walked me through the process and then updated my computer, added a new virus software service, downloaded the required drivers and checked everything out. The printer now does everything it is supposed to, my virus software has been updated and I am very pleased with Rachel's work. I am 81 years old, have impaired hearing (use blue-tooth connection for my phone) and Rachel never tired of my asking to repeat anything, gave thorough report of what she was doing and the progress of her efforts. She is an asset to your organization and I will not hesitate to contact her if I need any further help. I seriously doubt that will be necessary though.”

“I have a vintage stereo receiver that needed service and contacted Melrose TV VCR & Stereo Repair to see if it was something they could work on. Richard enthusiastically replied that he could and I brought it to him the next day. I told him the problem and he let me know that it would be a week before he could look at it, but that he'd call and give me a quote before starting the repair. A week later Richard called with a quote and I gave him the OK to go ahead. A week after that and he called to let me know it was done. From those conversations and our chat when I picked up the receiver I could tell that Richard has a passion for his work, and it showed in the final result. The receiver works better than ever! I highly recommend his service, especially if you've got vintage equipment. Richard knows his stuff!”

Just a heads up if you need the same device fixed they are not able to test it without the PS5 the portal is connected to. All said I'm very happy with their abilities and expertise they were able to demonstrate with this repair. Definitely recommend and will likely return with a different device in the future.
