Located on the 2nd floor of a hotel. Valet service let me park for free. Had a large package to ship so valet brought me a cart. Pretty convenient despite its in downtown Phoenix.

The staff were so kind and helpful. My first time doing cold shipping and they made sure to answer all my questions, willing to explain things to me, and both so helpful and kind. If I lived in this area, this would be the only place I’d go.
