Don't know her name, but I believe she was the AFEM on duty this afternoon. I needed a a micro USB charger and the key wasn't working to unlock them but she kept trying and eventually was able to get the charger I needed. Really appreciated her extra effort after a long day at work had me exhausted and short on patience.
