I had to adjust an address and it was fixed without any issues. When dealing with logistics companies, I always like to send them an email with all applicable information and cc the sender, as well. That worked really well in this circumstance!

I know that there are a lot of grumpy reviews about this company, but I received my package today overnight and in good shape. Five stars for me.
