It’s also usually low traffic, meaning you never really have to worry about waiting an excessive amount time for a piece of equipment. Everyone here is also very friendly. And to top it off, the owner Ivan is a great guy willing to help anytime. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!”

“It was our first time here and honestly, we were super nervous and intimidated walking in, but from the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt totally at ease. The guy at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helped us check in without any stress. We took the TriCore Fire class with Mackenzie, and she was amazing! She took the time to explain the reformers (which we had never used before) and guided us through everything so we didn't feel lost. There was also another instructor taking the class with us, and she was just as sweet and supportive. Everyone ,from staff to instructors , made us feel welcome, supported, and empowered. It was a genuinely fun and challenging workout -- the kind that makes you sweat but still enjoy every second. I'm already planning to come back for another class. I will say it is smaller than expected, and there were about nine people in our class, which we didn't mind. I can't recommend TriCore enough. You'll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and glad you gave it a shot!”

“Every time I travel to Phoenix in business, Liberty is my most important stop. They make short term drop ins very easy and communicate well. Everything you need for strength and conditioning without any filler equipment crowding the gym. Good parking, easy to find. Good attitudes. Would be a full time member if I lived here.”

“F45 is my favorite HIIT/circuit workout. I love that it's mostly timed, so you're not counting reps and that it's totally customizable and scalable to your interest and skill level. I was a member here for a year and really enjoyed the classes, the community, and of course the post-workout burn. It's very expensive, but if fitness and community are your top priorities, it's worth it!”

“I like that there's someone there to show you, if you need the guidance and answer questions. In addition I like that as a beginner, I struggle with some of the weight room work outs and the coaches offer alternatives so there's no excuses. All you need is the motivation and energy. They demonstrate you how to perform each exercise set before each session. Because of my schedule I've only attended morning classes with Amber, Anthony and Eric. They also have benchmarks and fun workouts during each month aswell as strength focus class. You'll get results if you truly put in the work. I attended 3/4 days a week drop my weight and if I was as committed to my nutrition side of the equation I probably be down even more. I'm happy, I'm healthier and I'm stronger, I can pick up my 5yr old! which i couldn't before. The coaches have awsome energy and will help without judgment.”

“It has taken me years but I finally tried this gym and I can't believe I was too scared to attend. Lol. I was fearful it would be too hard but it is perfect for beginners and athletes. The structure was well organized and I was able to go at my own pace and scale down where I needed. The 45 mins went so fast and the instructor AJ was so helpful and really took time to walk me through the format of the class when I arrived. (To the owners: AJ gave a great and friendly first impression!) The location was easy to get to and the equipment was well taken care of and updated. I noticed there was a clean shower in the bathroom with toiletries, perfect for a lunchtime workout for those on the go. I recommend this gym and will attend again!”

“I have been to several otf around the valley and aside from my home studio this 1 is Top Notch, Coach Michael was personable, informative and motivational. Even as a non regular attending member he was attentive and exceptionally helpful. Front desk staff was friendly and inviting. The workout are while smaller than some studios was clean and ample enough to do floor exercises without feeling on top of one another. 5 stars all the way.”

“Every time I go, I die a little inside having to mentally prepare for a demanding workout. I'm thankful to be able to move my body and challenge myself. l've never done any kind of weight lifting or any high intensity workouts just a BIG runner girl over here. Some days (every time….joking..sort of ) | want to call quits & never come back because of the mental & physical strength it takes. The more | come the stronger l'll become. CrossFit is reallly hard but undeniably worth it. I am thankful for the coaches who challenge me to do more and support me to keep going. Solid coaches and community of people!”

I just finished my first week of “official” classes. Each workout has something for each level of athlete. Great coaches and the members have been very welcoming. “In two weeks, Matt got me feeling strong again in my legs and my back and I started being able to play with my elementary age son without huffing and puffing.

In one month, my clothes started feeling baggy and my belt buckle was on its last notch before needing smaller belt.

In two months, I felt confident walking around as if there was muscle again on my body holding me up and the Mrs. did not complain.

In one year, I’m no longer easily tired or sore as I used to be, my leg muscle has improved a lot, and now my wife is saying I need to keep wearing those tighter fitting shirts. ;)

Every time I go, 3x per week, 45 minutes per session, Matt has a new routine for me to do, and it is never boring, and he ensures I do the exercises correctly to prevent injury, and that I work the correct muscles. I would definitely recommend Fibonacci.”

“If you are interested, sign up and attend a class. I started a few weeks ago as a novice to boxing. Being in my late 40's, so far, I love the challenge boxing gives me mentallly and physically. As a beginner, Kenny and Lindsey are excellent teachers of the basic fundamentals. The facility is clean and in a great North Phoenix location.”

“I've done so many different types of workouts from boxing, kickboxing, circuit training, and the Big gym of death. this place ranks at the top. your cardio is being measured real time so you are accountable to the coach and to yourself (on a big screen!). The workouts alternate between the treadmill, rowing machine and circuit training with weights. the workouts are great, well-planned, the music is upbeat, and the coaches are personable and encouraging. definitely enjoy my workouts here. If you are looking for a new place that is a little different, both tough but gratifying, definitely give it a try.”
