The Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore is a fantastic, clean hotel in a very convenient and safe location in a nice neighborhood. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities, with lots of amenities within walking distance. The property is beautiful and offers covered parking. The staff is exceptional, amazing, caring, and incredibly welcoming, providing awesome customer service. Guests find the rooms to be spacious, awesome, clean, and comfortable with very comfy beds. The included hot breakfast is generally described as great and yummy, though opinions on the food can vary. Amenities include a clean hot tub, a pool that is not crowded, and evening cookies. While the hotel meets expectations and offers top-notch rates for the value, some minor notes include that the shower area can be a little tight, hot water may take a bit, and there can be occasional hallway odors. Overall, guests love their stay, would definitely recommend it, and plan to return.
