“I dropped in a few weeks ago as I had just started my very first project and wanted to see if I was actually doing it right. The lovely ladies in this shop all had some helpful tip to share with me, and gave me so much confidence as I started my first Christmas stocking! They invited me to their next needlepoint stitch club night and I put it on my calendar. When I arrived, there were nothing but happy faces and lovely people to greet me. It was such a great night. The selection of canvases, tools and fibers seems to never end, but somehow always stay orderly. And the people in charge are so warm and knowledgeable. I feel like I found my people! I would highly recommend to anyone stopping in for supplies, or wanting to gather around during stitch club and share company with amazing people.”

“I have to tell you the most amazing story about Anna in the Framing Department. My husband and I were shopping and noticed the framing department's "Deal of the Week" promotion which was a pretty sweet deal. It's important to note, this was at like 4:00 on a Saturday and the promotion was set to end on Sunday. Anna was kind enough to explain how the deal worked and said that if we wanted to take advantage of it we could come back and see her before her shift was over at 7:00. So, we left to have an early dinner and look through our hundreds of photos. By the time we went back it was already 6:30. I had no idea how long the process would take but Anna helped us go forward. Let me say it took us longer than the half hour Anna had left in her shift but she graciously stayed to help us complete our order. At no time did she rush us or make us feel like we were a bother. I really appreciated her eye. She was a great help in assisting us with the photos we chose for our order, noting how they would be best framed and what the finished product would look like. We absolutely couldn't have done any of it on our own and I'm grateful Anna was there every step of the way. Her patience and kindness will be remembered and always appreciated.”

Same brand, same style and it was on sale at the same time I bought the original shirt. I was asking for a direct swap, they couldn't do it.”
