I checked the Lowe's inventory on my cell phone to see if the item I wanted was in stock and when I went to the store, it was in stock. The purchase was made very efficiently and I automatically received my military- veteran discount.

The thing that I am not a happy about compared to other box stores is there is rarely anyone around to help and then they are not very knowledgeable, especially if you are doing something slightly different.
