“Very limited selection for male uniforms, but has a good variety with the limited selection available. If I could suggest any change, I'd suggest more uniform pant options that aren't jogger styles.”

Ray is the owner who truly cares about creating the very best products at an excellent price point. These ergo loupes are super comfortable, lightweight (with the cordless light), and the eyewear is perfectBeyond that, I received my new loupes 2 weeks from the day I ordered them at a convention (all other loupes mfrs there quoted me 16 weeks). Before that I ordered ones from one of the “top” manufacturers that were much more expensive, they never arrived after 18 weeks and took another month to get the refund.

“My mother has a lift chair, and for some unforeseen reason it stopped working suddenly. I was frantic because we rely on this chair to help raise her to a standing position. I was looking online and trying to figure what the best route would be, imagining the repair would be costly, especially if we had to purchase another motor. I searched medical chair repairs- and found www.Liftchair.com. I called and spoke to Ken, who was very patient in talking through what we were experiencing with the chair and possible causes. Ken walked me through the process, and turns out it was a connector cord! I am so grateful for his honesty and assistance, and we will be working with them in the future, when we do need servicing for my mother's lift chair! Thank you Ken!”

“We are so fortunate to have MedOne in network with our insurance. My experience with MedOne has been so much better than the prior DME company we were with (Preferred Homecare). MedOne actually picks up the phone! Their customer service is friendly and actually knows how things work. When there's an issue with the insurance or the physician, MedOne actually calls me to let me know and to explain how to solve the issue, instead of making me call them to check in. It is such a relief after the poor service I had gotten used to at other DME companies. I highly recommend them!”

“The WORST!!! Can I please receive my child's diapers on time for once with the correct brand and size? The customer service reps are super rude, and it's because everyone is working from home, and they say whatever they please and have NO RESPECT. I need a better company!
UPDATE: 9/2025 for the last six months the service has improved drastically. The service is top-tier. They did a significant change with their CSR‘s and now is not such a hard time calling in or getting your supplies. Everything is always on time and it’s easy to communicate with people over the phone.”
