Metro by T-Mobile at 3331 N 19th Ave offers unbeatable prepaid plans and 5G phones from brands like Apple and Samsung. The store is organized and not too busy. The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Employees provide amazing and great customer service, walking customers through plans and fixing phone problems fast. Customers report being very happy with the resolutions and explanations given. Many state they will definitely come back for upgrades and always go out of their way to visit this location.
