“First time stepping into a Big Brand Tire, and they actually nailed it. Rolled in with a rare car — one of the techs even pointed it out — and they still had me sorted. Brakes had been screaming for weeks, every other shop wanted prices like I was buying their holiday in Fiji. Big Brand came in under all of them, got the parts, and had the job done in less than four hours. That’s fast. That’s sharp. That’s the way it should be.
While I was there, she corrected my wheel and tyre measurements for the future setup — previously was looking at a very off suggestion by another shoppe, which would have been a disaster. We settled on 245/35R19 up front on 9.5” wheels, 285/35R19 in the back on 10” Aggressive stance, just the right poke, good handling — exactly what I wanted.
Everyone I spoke with was genuine, no fluff, no wasted words. Fair price, quick turnaround, competent work. Walked in with a problem, walked out impressed.
Second Visit
Came back for a second visit, and they delivered just as brilliantly. This time it was my windows that needed attention — a minor but persistent issue — and a few plugs tossed in while they were at it. Same crew, same sharp, competent service. Quick, fair, and no nonsense. It’s rare to find a shop that treats both your car and your time with that level of respect, but Big Brand Tire consistently nails it.”

“I called on Monday June 25. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was told by a different mechanic that my AC system was running at it's best for a 4 cylinder vehicle. I had high hopes he was not correct about my AC. I had my car inspected by Martin's mechanic and found the issue quickly and repaired out the door same day. I left so satisfied with all aspects of the repair.

“I’ve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic in the west valley for a while, and needed an oil change so I decided to give this place a try. From the get-go, Carlos was very honest and seemed like a genuine person. I LOVED the transparency with the waiting room and getting to watch my car while it was getting worked on. He seems to care about his customers and wants them to keep returning to him. Pricing was fair, slightly lower than other places I have went to. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. The oil change was quick for a walk in, much faster than when I would wait 2+ hours at the dealership with an appointment. I will definitely be getting my oil changes here from now on.”
