“I had a tire blow out in the late afternoon and needed new tires to return from Scottsdale to Tucson the next day. Greg got me an appointment for first thing in the morning. By mid-afternoon- Glenn made sure I had two new tires and an alightment and was ready to get on the road back to Tucson! I couldn't have asked for a better situation!”

On the bill it was $39.95.”
“Came into Jiffy Lube, cause I was having some issues with my oil leaking and my power steering fluid leaking as well…The team there checked my oil, checked my power steering fluid to indicate that both were extremely low actually refilled them for me for free!
I asked if I could pay them something out of courtesy and they refused the offer.
Says a lot about the character integrity of this team!

“Gina was helpful and friendly, and kept me apprised of the status of my Mini. She let me know that the battery had been replaced and Diagnostics had been run to ensure there were no other issues. My Mini was ready for pickup within a few hours of drop off by tow truck. This Sun Devil location is an authorized Mini Cooper auto repair shop, and within walking distance from my residence.”
“A nearby national chain shop recently quoted me for $2500 worth of work they said needed done when I had my oil changed there. I brought my vehicle to Ketchum to do my due diligence and Ryan here at Ketchum took the time to walk me through each inspection result and answer all of my many questions. They ended up sending me on my way without having done anything (as nothing needed to be done), even though they had multiple opportunities to attempt to upsell me further services. He also walked me through recommendations for regular maintenance I would be able to do myself at home. Kind and helpful, Ketchum has unequivocally earned my business for any auto work I or my wife need done going forward with their honesty.”

“The air conditioning on my Yukon was blowing warm air. When I arrived at Sun Devil Auto on Bell Road, the men at the front desk greeted me. They said if I could leave the car, they had someone available to work on it. They called to say the AC condenser was leaking and provided an estimate for the repairs. They had access to the replacement part and I was on my way with a cool car in a couple of hours.
Everyone was courteous and accommodating, and the price was very fair. I would recommend them in a heart beat.”

“They were very fast with my oil change which I appreciated, but I do wish they had turned off all of the sensors in my car that keep beeping and flashing at me to change my oil. I know I can figure it out myself, but its kind of part of what I'm paying for. The price probably can't be beat, though.”
