“So on the recommendation of a friend we brought my wife's beloved Jag XK in after a dealer told us the engine was blown due to overheating. Within a day they diagnosed the car. knowing we thought the worst, rather than taking advantage, they surprised us by letting us know it wasn't blown it just needed some maintenance. We were delighted and authorized the repair. They got the work done by a fully certified tech and saved the parts they replaced to go above \u0026 beyond just telling us what they did. Their shop rate is fair and work professional. Their attention to detail and consideration towards us is commendable. A month later we had more work done and we received the same professionalism \u0026 attention to detail. My wife \u0026 I consider ourselves \"car people\" and have no hesitation recommending you make an appointment when your car needs attention. If fact tell them the blue Jag folks sent you. “Had an issue with our car while traveling to Phoenix and brought the car to Marshall’s first thing in the morning. They were very helpful and immediately got the car on the rack. Just a few hours later, the work was completed and we were on our way and the price was extremely reasonable! So pleased that we lucked into this place, we were worried it would ruin the trip but it ended up being such a minor bump in the road”

“what a postI've experience at the Jiffy Lube on Via Linda. I don't remember the names of all the workers but Gabriel and his crew were great. We are visiting from out of state and needed an oil change so based on previous reviews, we went here. wait time was about 15 minutes to get in and they even allowed us to bring in our own oil and filter since my husband likes to use a brand different than what they offered. I will definitely be back if we need an oil change before we leave town and recommend this place to others as well.”

I liked how they asked ahead if there was anything in particular I wanted them to look at during the multipoint inspection. I also liked how I got a list of the items they checked and the stats for my tires and brakes before they called me to discuss.
