“My boyfriend owns We Haul RV Transport based out of MN, we were in the Phoenix area and his transport truck started to leak. He was able to identify the source and quickly started to call around, he stumbled across The Car Shop in Tempe via a Google search and quickly called. Travis answered and listened to our vehicle concerns. Much to our surprise, Travis made some calls and was able to get to the truck looked at and fixed all with in two hours. His customer service is top notch along with his communication skills. He is far and honest. Highly recommend!”

“Radiator fan broke so car overheated and coolant spilled. Louie was able to determine what the issue was and fixed with OEM parts when necessary and 3rd party components when applicable. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do when they take the time to explain to you what had happened and what he had to do to resolve the issue. I have a 17 year old car that my daughter uses so very likely i will be brining my car back to Louie to save the day.Services: Electrical”

“I called around for quotes on motormounts for my jeep patriot. The prices were close everywhere I called. Sun Devil was the only one open on Saturday. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to assess the issue, get the parts and have it done by three O'clock. They did not make any attempt to upsell me on things I wasn'tasking for or didn't need. My car drives way better now and the price ended up being less than half of the lowest quote I got over the phone after calling six different shops. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience here. Thank you to the crew at Sun Devil, going to a new mechanic can be nerve-wracking but you guys made it a very positive experience from the first call.”

The employees at the car wash were so nice and were more than happy to help me. I left satisfied and feeling like they actually cared, and that's rare to find these days. He took the time to know what was the most important for me when driving and showed me all the features before my test drive. I went to a different Horne Mazda in Avondale and had the opposite experience with the sales manager and team. The team in this location were as helpful and transparent with pricing as one can be. “Honest people. Came in for an oil change but they said I’m still good for another 15k miles. I got the car from dealership recently. They topped off my fluids, fixed on my new license plate and didn’t charge me for anything. I didn’t wait long either. I will be back to this location for sure. Don’t go to Midas, they will have you waiting for more than 2 hrs just to do a mandatory “full check up” even if you reject it. Then they will talk your ear off about all the “urgent” repairs you need to do.”

“The car was in need of some fresh blood so I stopped by Jiffy Lube on Ray near Rural. The service and hospitality is great. Not so much from the environment but from the staff. They jumped right into the job changing the oil, checking filters, rotating the tires, and getting them to the correct pressure. Great service! I'll be back!”

“This place is located right on the SE corner of Ray and McClintock. I have a guy who I normally go to for all mechanic work (See review on Robs Auto Repair). He is excellent but does not work on weekends. So I needed an oil change and was going to be busy during the week for a few weeks. One Saturday I drove all around Chandler and stopped in at a bunch of places including Jiffy Lube, Sun Devil, and other places. About 5-6 places had no time or the wait was 2-3 hours. I finally came across this Take 5. I got in to one of the 3 stalls. If you look at the other reviews, the negative reviews are correct. Yes they have 3 people working on one car so it is less efficient then it can be. Yes their prices are high (see photo). For a high mileage synthetic oil change it cost me over $100 when normally I pay about $70. So it was expensive and less efficient but it was on a Saturday and got it done in about 45 mins. When you are desperate and many other places have no availability it will work.I did not have a problem with a leak and it did take 6 quarts but my oil is at the right level and looks clean on the dipstick.”

“Stinkys is always worth the money. I bring all my cars here since I moved to Tempe. They are really quick and they are knowledgeable (which helps because sometimes idk which oil my car takes etc.) so that being said - it's about the same price as anywhere else you could go. They are always fast and I've never had an issue with their services. They don't try to sell you a bunch of s*** you don't need- which I like- even though last trip I felt sort of bullied into getting synthetic blend instead of just "motor oil"... but it seems to make my car run pretty good, so I can't say I'm disappointed really! They also tested my battery since it's been hard starting -without me saying anything- which was very nice. Plus the flower!! And they have arcade games in the lobby!! So really who can beat that?!”
