Why is it that every time that I go into an O'Reilly's that the staff are as dry as the air and they sometimes are so unhelpful and that are just there collecting a paycheck?

I recently went to this Oreilly Auto Parts store to purchase a battery and the workers there were so helpful. I could clearly see they were busy but the employee insisted that he could install my battery for me. I was very thankful to that employee.
