“Staff went above and beyond. I needed to replace a part on my car that was pretty simple. I bought the wrong sizes and couldn’t get the old part off. They processed an exchange for proper size, helped me remove the old part, and showed me how to put on the new part. I appreciate their patience and helpfulness.”

“I went in looking for a gas cap for my RAM 3500 with a flatbed. For some reason the original filler neck was replaced with a different one so using truck data, you could not look up the correct gas cap. Tenoch was very patient and creative. We went back to 1986 3500 trucks because those fuel caps were bigger back then. He pinned it down to a single one which happened to be the only one in stock and brought it out. We tested it and it worked perfectly. I was even at Napa down the street not too long ago trying the same thing and usually they're very creative and helpful but this lady I dealt with belonged at McDonald's taking orders not in an auto supply store. Overall good experience and I'm glad to put this one behind me.”

“Our Alamo Rental car flashed a coolant warning the morning after we picked it up from the ALQ airport on our way to an event in SF. O'Reilly's was incredibly helpful (when Alamo was not). They had the specific coolant we needed in stock for the rental (Audi does not use universal) helped me fill it and we made it to SF in time.”

“I always come to the location on 35th Ave. Everyone is always so nice. Today I stopped by for wiper blades and Jay was absolutely amazing. After he rang me up, I walked outside to try to put them on my car. He noticed me and came outside to help. I really appreciated him taking the time to help me put them on especially since it was about 110 outside and really I had no idea how to do it. Thank you so much Jay for helping me and also for being so nice. You have no idea how much I appreciated it.”

“For the first time ever in all my encounters with different employees at various locations I finally encountered someone amazing. The assistant manager at this location-Hunter- he is the nicest and most helpful person seriously-when I first called to ask about several parts for my car Hunter took the time to thoroughly check for the right parts- He gave me all the info including pricing brand and length of warranty. One of the parts I needed was not in stock but he made arrangements to have it delivered to this store. There were so many times when I would order parts over the phone but when we go to pick them up they would not be the right ones and I would have to do some running around to find the exact ones i needed. Today was so very diffetent-Hunter was at the counter- he remembered our conversation, including our name the car as well as the parts we had talked about. He is very pleasant and so helpful. Unfortunately there is employee at this store who is rude and disrespectful. He was seemed annoyed with us just for walking into the store and before he even knew why were there. Hunter is the complete opposite. I hope he is getting recognition for being such an outstanding employee. We have gotten kind of nervous about going to this store but we were completely and pleasantly surprised. Hunter gave us the very best customer service so we left very happy and satisfied. We were confident that we had everything we needed. We hope you know what an asset he is to this company and we wish there were more people like him!”

“My battery was not holding a charge over the past3 days.. decided today to run it into O'reilly's where I purchased it some time ago at their Gilbert AZ store. We now live near the 31st St and Indian School store so went there. They checked my account and it was still under full warranty! They swapped the new for the old one and off I went! That's the way to do business folks... verify transaction and warranty.. check old battery.. swamp out for new! Done and on with my Sunday!”
