“I went to batteries plus today to get guidance on how to open AirTags And getting batteries for them. Aida Was very patient with me, guiding me on the right tool to use to open the AirTag easily and then to add the batteries. She and the gentleman working with her were very patient kind and wonderful to work with. “I went in looking for a gas cap for my RAM 3500 with a flatbed. For some reason the original filler neck was replaced with a different one so using truck data, you could not look up the correct gas cap.
Tenoch was very patient and creative. We went back to 1986 3500 trucks because those fuel caps were bigger back then. He pinned it down to a single one which happened to be the only one in stock and brought it out. We tested it and it worked perfectly.
I was even at Napa down the street not too long ago trying the same thing and usually they're very creative and helpful but this lady I dealt with belonged at McDonald's taking orders not in an auto supply store.
Overall good experience and I'm glad to put this one behind me.”

“Miguel who worked on Saturday April 4, 2026 deserves a raise. I brought my 2010 car in needing a battery replacement...problem is the battery is in the trunk and my trunk wouldn't open. We now live near the 31st St and Indian School store so went there. They checked my account and it was still under full warranty! They swapped the new for the old one and off I went! That's the way to do business folks... verify transaction and warranty.. check old battery.. swamp out for new! Done and on with my Sunday!”

“Emilio is incredible! I had originally got my key fob battery replaced at another location and was unaware that they are franchises so my warranty couldn't be pulled up. Regardless of that I wasn't even charged for the 25$ battery replacement. Best Battery store in the valley by far.”

“For the first time ever in all my encounters with different employees at various locations I finally encountered someone amazing. The assistant manager at this location-Hunter- he is the nicest and most helpful person seriously-when I first called to ask about several parts for my car Hunter took the time to thoroughly check for the right parts- He gave me all the info including pricing brand and length of warranty. One of the parts I needed was not in stock but he made arrangements to have it delivered to this store. There were so many times when I would order parts over the phone but when we go to pick them up they would not be the right ones and I would have to do some running around to find the exact ones i needed. Today was so very diffetent-Hunter was at the counter- he remembered our conversation, including our name the car as well as the parts we had talked about. He is very pleasant and so helpful. Unfortunately there is employee at this store who is rude and disrespectful. He was seemed annoyed with us just for walking into the store and before he even knew why were there. Hunter is the complete opposite. I hope he is getting recognition for being such an outstanding employee. We have gotten kind of nervous about going to this store but we were completely and pleasantly surprised. Hunter gave us the very best customer service so we left very happy and satisfied. We were confident that we had everything we needed. We hope you know what an asset he is to this company and we wish there were more people like him!”
