“I was going to leave 1 star but Jennifer and Heather saved the day. SO let me back up, I arrive at Oreillys to buy a battery, I am met by Heather, Jennifer, and who we shall call "the other girl" (I did not get her name) the other girl is helping me purchase this battery which is pretty pricey (when did batteries become so expensive?) I paid for my battery and the other girl said bye. Now I'm a 71-year-old that just had back surgery and cannot lift that kind of weight, i look around and other girl is gone. So, I struggle to pick up the battery and that is when Jennifer and heather come over and take the battery from me, hold the door for me and even installed the battery for me FREE of charge. I offered them a tip, but they would not take it. Now that is customer service, I think Oreillys needs to put other girl back in basic customer service school! Thank you, girls, for taking care of me today.John”

“Just left the O’Reilly’s at 4028 E Thunderbird, and still have tears in my eyes. I was so fortunate to talk with Anthony, a Manager, about my problem: After having my oil checked at their competitor, I bought a quart, since it was low. I broke my back last year, and I can’t get the hood up by myself. Competitor would not put the oil in the car for me, because of “liability.” I caught up with a AAA driver at the local gas station, and he couldn’t get the OIL CAP open — it was too tight. When I pulled into O’Reilly’s and explained my predicament (I’m alone in the world), Anthony said he’d take a look. This is a great human being who’s doing MORE than his job. He easily opened the oil cap and got it done. As my tears were coming, and I was telling him, “This really means a lot,” Anthony said, “It’s no problem— That’s what we’re here for.” Wish I’d have bought the darned oil from O’Reilly’s — Next time I will!”
