QuikTrip is a well-managed and friendly restaurant in the Phoenix area. The place is clean, with a newer building and employees who are generally pleasant. However, the location can get a bit unsafe at night, with reports of shootings in the past year. The restaurant now offers brew-on-demand coffee machines, which customers find much better than the old coffee urns, although some find the required greeting a bit off-putting.

Love QT but has like many places number of homeless people outside and inside. Have encountered a man in the ladies room on two different occasions. Spoke to the manager, he blew me off. Have had to speak to two different managers about some issues. One is nice, attentive. The other not.
