We did not use you for packing but your guys did a terrific job of moving quickly while being sure to ask where things should go. We started with four guys and 2 trucks, and when the job needed another truck we got it and two more guys to help as we had more than we thought. I didn't have to get on anyone for sitting around like my last movers. These guys are ready prepared and get the job done while being polite and respectful. Don't waste time comparing just call. “I recently had to relocate after being at the bell location for about three years due to the unfortunate rent increase, which made it too expensive to stay. This also meant downsizing to a much smaller unit, which wasn’t ideal. However, I have to say that the transition was made so much easier thanks to the amazing help from the manager, Kyle. He went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way and truly made the experience worth it.
The facility itself is very well maintained, quiet, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. If I could give a ten-star review just for Kyle’s outstanding customer service, I absolutely would. He is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about his customers, which makes all the difference. “Reserved a deal online, went in the next morning to claim the unit. The whole process was smooth and easy to do even bought a lock onsite. They took us to see the unit before we left and made sure our gate code worked as well. Went back that night to drop off my furniture using the same gate code, got in and out so easy. Painless, friendly staff, easy to use website.”

“Best self storage I’ve ever had. I thought all self storage places were exactly the same. High fees, limited hours, low security, and constantly jacking up monthly rates once you’ve moved all your stuff in. Wow was I WRONG! U-Stor is completely different. 24/7 access, individual security on each unit, fair rent prices and price lock for 12 months. Place is clean, great location near freeway access, and to top that off Tom and Sanya are some of the nicest, most helpful and genuinely kind people around. They went above and beyond to make sure my stressful move situation was as seem less as possible. I was blown away when I discovered U-Stor that I moved my storage unit from another place after just moving in a week prior. Lucky I found U-Stor because it is a cut above the other big box storage places flaunting their bright Orange and green signs. Couldn’t be happier and will always come to U-Stor for all my future storage needs in the PHX area.”

When I initially called to get a storage unit, the woman who answered was very knowledgeable, very polite, and just so helpful, which you don’t always get when calling a business. I needed a second unit and the gentleman who answered the phone was also so helpful. He was there when I actually went to the units to put stuff in them and he remembered me ordering a second unit and he knew exactly where my units were and showed me where they were, told me where the best place to park was for the easiest access. All around pretty good experience.”
