“The Tempe Extra Space Storage Rocked Friday evening! My Sis and I had a bipolar car dropped off from Utah at her home where she was told it could not be parked.
I asked her if there was a storage yard near by and she said right up the street.
So we drove there in my car and talked with Charles. He was SO helpful and patient with us as we were running on fumes from everything we accomplished in the over heated Arizona day.
He had one spot available and we were SO happy! We were able to get the car there and parked on their lot. Charles helped us with the computer and didn’t mind dealing with us old ladies. He was a very cool human and we appreciated his expertise.

“Today we had an amazing experience at the Extra space storage in Tempe on Broadway after spending a good chunk of the hot afternoon driving around looking for a large storage rental for my husbands company machinery. We had received the best customer service and easy rental experience from Jessica, she was able to help us figure out a great price for a storage locker that was big enough for our needs. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend this place and the staff Jessica and her helper April were an amazing team. Five stars.”

“We had a great experience with this moving company from start to finish. The movers arrived on time, were professional, and handled all of our furniture with care. They worked efficiently, stayed organized, and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel easy.

“This storage is always clean. The girls up here were super sweet and helpful getting me signed up. The only thing is we had a great price for our unit and it went up after two months of storage. I understand the going rate for the size 10 by 15 we have changes with availability. Just wish it was a little longer. Also love their app makes it so much easier!”

“I highly recommend IDR Moving for any specialty move. I recently downsized my home in PV and hired IDR to help not only with packing and moving me into my new home, but also with consolidating my fine furnishings into climate-controlled storage.
They packed and rehung all of my fine art and chandeliers with such care and professionalism. Selene was on point with communication every step of the way, and she even went above and beyond by helping me decorate my new home.
Lisa also stepped in and helped me find a buyer for my baby grand piano, and even arranged for her art conservatory team to come to my home to pick up some of my fine collectibles for repair.
At one point, I had over 10 people a day in my home helping make this move happen, and it was truly a pleasure meeting all of them and watching how seamlessly everyone worked together. Their teamwork, organization, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable.

“It's a bit older facility, but I do like doing business here. If you are looking for brand new, suoer clean and fancy storage, probably keep looking. They do have excellent service and price, and I do feel like my things are safe.
I knew when I signed up, but having access limited to 12 hours a day is less convenient than I imagined. That's why I did. 4 stars.”
