“If there were 10 stars, they would get them all! This was a BIG move and I'd just broken my arm, adding to the stress. They were on time, communicating via text and app throughout the steps of the move. Every person I spoke with at this company was polite, professional and efficient. Beginning with the first call with Michael through the entire process. The crew worked well together, wrapping my valuables, and packing the two trucks without breaking ANYTHING! Having purchased a fully furnished house I had furniture that needed to move into storage, other furniture that needed to go to the new place and more furniture that needed to come from the old place and back to storage! A huge thank you to Michael, Brian, David, Bruillo and Allison, who went beyond to make a very difficult move so much easier. No grumbling, no unease simply "what can we do" attitude. The customer service and generosity of kindness while working hard was inspiring - I could not be more pleased.”

“Storing at this location was a great experience all around. Signing up and checking in were simple, and I was able to do everything over the phone. The unit was clean and as described, and the climate control was fantastic. This was a property-cooled location, with no extra humidity to affect my things. All my items were in great shape when I pulled them out of storage to move my son back into his new dorm room. Ending my contract was simple. They did not require a 30-day notice, which was incredibly unique. The team at this location made everything simple and easy for us. I highly recommend this location!”
“My client hired IDR to help stage their house to sell AND used them to pack, store and load the contents of their home until the home that they bought in CO was ready. Lisa, Selene and their crews were amazing. They took great care to make sure nothing was damaged and that everything was inventoried and delivered just as it was stored. They are a one-stop shop for all your design, moving or storage needs! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any job!”

“This place is great and very easy to get to. Their prices aren't too bad for an air conditioning storage facility. The only thing that comes as a surprise is that this time around, for this month, July 2024, I was not informed that the storage unit price was increasing, and now the bill went from $105 to $114. I don't understand why the $9 increase and I think I should have been made aware of it before this month came along.”
“Matt was very helpful with me when my card wouldn't go through at first to rent the storage he's a very level-headed young man and it seems the storage is well kept and everyone there is very well mannered. I have rented a lot of storages for over 30 years for my business. By far this is the best.
