It is bad treatment and the room is very hot. There is no need to wait and there is no air conditioning. I waited for more than 56 minutes at the site.

Long story short: I bought mover's wrap and a wardrobe box on Monday. I tried returning the unused box on Tuesday with receipt in hand. Although the box reads, "100% buy-back guarantee unused--with receipt," that was not good enough for the guy in the office and he refused to refund the cost. Avoid these characters.
