Rented a small trailer for 3 days to move a few items from Washington State to Nevada. Trailer broke down and we spent 7 hours before someone showed to tell us it was broken. Horrible experience on the side of the highway in 103 degree weather broke down for 7 hours. This company is the absolute worst.

We just had the worst experience with uhaul! This has been a nightmare. We were lied to about our ubox delivery. This cost us more money after already spending thousands of dollars! I strongly advise other customers to reconsider using their services!
