Dirty, rude staff, hidden costs and fees, no restroom. If you are white they assume you don’t speak Spanish and talk about you. Would not recommend.

I went to the u haul on 94 Ave and Van Buren it is located within a storage lot! It was very clean. The customer service rep. Jade helped me with my situation even though she didn't have what I needed she found it for me !! Awesome job Jade. Thank you

Very few trucks. Don't sell any material to help move and had to call 5 times before someone finally answered the phone and was rude. Recommend going to a diffrent location if you have the option too
