Normally I have a positive experience at this location, however Chandler has helped me ship my packages the past two times and is extremely rude and unfriendly. They should consider getting someone else who is detail oriented and friendly.

Young dude with the mullet is horribly rude and no personality. Always dread getting him to help me. Makes my experience bad every time despite him doing the shipments correctly.It's not that hard to be kind of nice, especially when you're job is customer service.

Rudest employees you can imagine. Absolutely no idea how to treat customers. The aura in this store is gloomy and you can tell that the employees do not want to be there. Maybe this is an extension of the owner??? I will go out if my way to go to a different store.
