Dr. Fixler and his team are amazing! It was like having a family member come over, be compassionate and absolutely lovely! He explained the process, gave us time to say the goodbyes and then completed everything is a slow and caring way. As hard as it was to let go of our little man, Dr. Fixler eased that pain!!”

My dog Bonez has congestive heart failure, a heart murmur, and respiratory issues — yet he’s still here, still loving life, because of their care. His medication keeps him going, and I’m grateful for every extra day.
His time is limited, and he’s been on hospice for over a year, but he’s fighting with all the heart he has. I can’t thank Amigo Animal Clinic enough for giving me more moments with him.”

“Absolutely the best facility and staff! Not just their abilities either. Everyone there is genuinely interested in giving the best care and experience for both the horse and owner. From the first call to the last communication they explained everything and were helpful and made sure I understood what they were telling me. It's obvious the surgeon is top notch. I had more communication with Dr Vidal than I did with the surgeon who put a plate in my leg. The care was great, our horse is on the mend and my wallet didn't take a huge hit either. “First impressions on first visit was excellent. They were more interested in her symptoms than the last 3 vets I took my dog to, and offered a new treatment that Noone else had offered, we'll have to wait and see if it helps, everyone was super friendly to me and my dog. And when they took her back for her nails, biopsy and blood draw, I heard all the girls in the back singing a song to my dog while they did their stuff. It was really sweet and refreshing. Thx PVC I hope my girl starts to feel better soon!!!?? ?”
“Sadly I had to put my beloved Patches to rest here. I was not ready to let her go after 25 long years. The staff were gentle. The room was prepared with a candle. They asked if I have gone through this before, I had, so I took the night and we let her go gently the next day. They surprised me with a very small vile of her hair and whiskers I wanted but didn't have scissors for. I left.. they ran out after me and handed me everything I wished for.
I cried all the way home. ? They were gracious in a painful time and helped me through it.”

When I called to get quotes on pricing Alex was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions quickly, without hesitation (great pricing btw). At the appointment everyone was very nice & welcoming, Savannah (the vet tech. I believe) was very sweet, knowledgeable & personable, as was Vet Lipovitch, I felt they listened to my concerns and addressed everything, explaining along the way. I feel that my dog is in good hands and got the best care! Ashley was so helpful when explaining the breakdown of pricing & their referral program ($25 credit for you & the referral), they actually want to help, reassuring these days!”

“Dr. Bracken is the best vet in the city. He provides a small town family feel vibe at his clinic, and unlike pretty much all vet clinics I have found in Phoenix, Arcadia Animal Clinic is not owned by a larger conglomerate. Dr. Bracken doesn’t over prescribe vaccines and meds like many vets. He listens and cares. The only downfall is that he is so good and likable that his new client waitlist is pretty long - but 100% worth the wait. I’ll be selfishly sad when Dr. Bracken starts his much deserved retirement because vets like him are almost impossible to come by. Thank you Dr Bracken for providing my dog such good care.”

He was very friendly and intentional handling Jasper which means a lot to us.
