“Convenient, though rather random, Wells Fargo ATM in the parking lot of a competing back. Since it's in the parking lot, surrounded by parking spaces, you can easily pull into a spot right next to the ATM, take 3 steps out of your car, make your transaction, and get back on the road right away. Very nice for a mom with a car full of kids, and since there isn't a branch with a drive up ATM within a couple miles, this is the next best thing.”

“I had a big mess with my 90 yr old Mom with dementia. I have the power of attorney and after my younger brother did not make payments on her account like he was supposed to, I had to go down and get a pin number to do all this online. I went down to the office downtown and explained everthing to them, they were really nice about it and gave me the pin number and everything after that was fixed and good.”
