She assisted us a year or so ago and we were so impressed with her services, we made another appt. with her for today. I have POA for my brother as he has had a stroke and needs assistance with such things as his banking. He can be short tempered because of his short term memory loss. She exudes such kindness in helping us and has the patience of a saint all the while exhibiting professionalism and knowledge of the tasks at hand. It seems that in many cases these days, customer service is a thing of the past. But Julian really takes the time to solve our banking issues. “The best bank ever! The 3 branches in Prescott and Prescott Valley are amazing. Their employees treat you like you are family. I have a few accounts with them and any time I have questions regarding anything they always have answers right away. If we have any issues they are resolved quickly. They care about you as a individual person not a number. I have had accounts at ALL the large banks ( not any more) and Foothills Bank will and is my favorite . It has become the place were I trust because honesty still exists at Foothills. “I wanted to give a shout out to Alexus at the Prescott Valley branch. She is the best MSR CU West has. We both worked in a credit union and know what good service is supposed to look like. A couple of weeks ago we came in with a sizable cash deposit. She was quick, accurate, efficient and helpful. She also told us we could move our checking to one with a higher interest rate and did it for us in a couple of minutes. We always look for Alexus when we come in to the PV branch. “Recently had a fraud alert on my debit card and Chase had to issue me a new debit card. I had to go to the bank to get cash out for the holiday weekend until I received my new card. Lorna was so kind and went above and beyond to show me how Chase had already assigned me a new debit card and how I could use it on my Google Paywallet through contactless...What great info this was! After spending nearly a decade with another bank, I had a horrible experience which caused me to switch banks. I called in an set up an appointment to start a new account, I was taken back start 30 minutes early, and even finished up about 30 minutes earlier then expected. My banker exceeded expectation even assisting me in setting up online banking and digital wallet on my phone. Amber Sandoval, was my banker. She was very friendly, personable, efficient, and good at her job. Great customer service.”
