“I want to give a shout out to Izzy! I really appreciated her professionalism and candor. My phone stopped working and had get to get a new phone. At first, we thought it was my Sim card, so Izzy helped me with that, but it still didn't work and ordered a new phone from an insurance claim. It wouldn't activate so had to come back in the store and it was very difficult and a long process talking to customer service over the phone, but we got it done together! Izzy demonstrated patience and persistence and understood my frustration with the whole process. I was really impressed and relieved when we got my phone working again. Izzy was also able to get the activation fee waived as I was promised it wouldn't cost anything to activate through insurance and Metro did indeed bill me! Thank you, Izzy for everything!
