“These guys are awesome! When I called, I spoke to a real person who was able to walk me through the potential fixes for what I needed. Within a short period of time around the Christmas Holidays, they built a joystick for my Genie TZ-50 towable lift with optional drive. It was like Plug & Play - worked perfectly as soon as it was connected. The package arived in about a week from Arizona to my Florida location. They even sent a few chocolate bars in the package! Thanks again guys.”

“We live in Prescott, AZ and have used this company for 16 years. (I don't know why the review says I am from San Francisco, where we have never lived.The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. Placing the equipment in the home was painless and quick, and performed to expectations. The monitoring company is friendly and as prearranged calls me and my wife instantly (within seconds) when the alarm is activated, and they ensure they are speaking to me or my wife and everything is OK, and otherwise the police are called to check on the house. I am very pleased that the monthly monitoring fee is very reasonable, which for me is also an important factor in picking a monitoring company.”
