“What a great experience my wife and I had walked in the door we were greeted by a manager immediately they were pretty busy at the time so we had to wait just a little while was to be expected once an associate freed up we end up working with a guy by the name of Jacob who was absolutely amazing front to back so amazing that we bought him dinner Ron the manager checked in continually with us kept good supervision of the store at the same time and was absolutely helpful in every way he could be for us including staying late to try to get the whole thing completed unfortunately my old cell phone company refused to let us transfer number so we have to call them and at this time we were already an hour past their closing so they nice they ask us if we could come back for an appointment on Thursday they made it very convenient they worked with our timing I couldn't say enough great things not to mention that I left two other companies such as AT&t and T-Mobile and I got phones and internet for $70 less than I was paying for that I'm super happy thank you very much”

Within a short period of time around the Christmas Holidays, they built a joystick for my Genie TZ-50 towable lift with optional drive. “I want to give a shout out to Izzy! I really appreciated her professionalism and candor. My phone stopped working and had get to get a new phone. At first, we thought it was my Sim card, so Izzy helped me with that, but it still didn't work and ordered a new phone from an insurance claim. It wouldn't activate so had to come back in the store and it was very difficult and a long process talking to customer service over the phone, but we got it done together! Izzy demonstrated patience and persistence and understood my frustration with the whole process. I was really impressed and relieved when we got my phone working again. Izzy was also able to get the activation fee waived as I was promised it wouldn't cost anything to activate through insurance and Metro did indeed bill me! Thank you, Izzy for everything!
