“I’m so glad I found this place! I recently brought my 2015 TDI Passat here because my check engine light was intermittently coming on and it just wasn’t driving like it should, it was being sluggish. My heater was also not working. I was worried because this vehicle is my only transportation. I live in Prescott but work in PV. The entire process went super smoothly and everyone I had an interaction with was very kind. They were honest, upfront, and very fair. While my vehicle was being worked on they let me use a loaner vehicle so I could get to and from work. My vehicle is running great now and my heater works. I will surely be bringing her back any time she needs any work or maintenance done. I highly recommend this place they are really great!”
“We went in for an oil service, and when the inspection came back, we were informed of several oil leaks that we hadn’t noticed due to the underbody cover.
Brandon took the time to clearly explain the necessary repairs and associated costs. We mentioned that we had an aftermarket warranty on the vehicle and asked if he would be willing to work with the warranty company to ensure the repairs would be covered. Brandon took charge and made it happen.
There was a small miscommunication about when the car would be ready, but everything worked out in the end, this was due to availability of the required parts. The work was solid, and now the car runs like silk—very smooth. We’ve found our go-to service center for our Porsche. Thank you again Brandon and the European Team!”

I have had 2 vehicles in with them, happy with both. The last one. my jeep decided to spew oil everywhere, I got it in, they diagnosed in about 10 minutes, and got it fixed very quickly considering what it entailed. They are located on the corner of Cory and Gurley, if you are in that area, it is especially a no brainer to use their services!!!”

“We were so pleasantly surprised with how kind the receptionist and Kyle were. Our car was leaking near the brakes and we were worried it was a break fluid leak. We called and they apologized and told us they were booked until next week. In less than an hour they reached out again and said they could take us in the morning! On the 4th of July of all days. They took their time and fixed issues that we brought up, flushing and refilling the coolant, fixing the issue with our hood not latching, and using stop leak on the power steering because turns out that was the issue not the brake fluid. They also let us know that the car is probably going to have to get the engine replaced which we already suspected sadly. They gave us resources and recommendations on what to do with that. We appreciate them so much and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you guys!”
