Went to Big Brand and they said flat just needed a patch and I should be good with my tires for another few months. No charge. Will come back here soon to get new tires even. Great service”

“We went into the dealership late in the day on a Sunday. We were greeted right away by a salesman named Zachary. We apologized for the time of day we arrived and he quickly stated that it was no problem at all. We had a short discussion on what we were looking for and he took his time to show us around the lot. We never felt rushed. We located a truck in the rear of the lot and he worked with us and finance to work out an acceptable deal. This was such a positive experience and in talking with him he found that we had a common deep faith in god. He asked and we welcomed him saying a prayer over us. This moved my wife to tears and gave such a meaningful end to the whole process. We would highly recommend Zachary to anyone looking for a positive car shopping experience!

MIDAS determined that I needed a new a/c compressor. After having spent nearly $3000 of my hard earned money at MIDAS in recent weeks, my a/c system still was not cooling. Therefore, I brought my vehicle to TKS Automotive and they diagnosed and corrected my a/c system problem in just a few hours. $393.37 later, my car's a/c system is finally blowing cold air again. “First time ever using this shop and glad I did almost everything worked out and was quoted the best price out of other shops I called, and they installed all my supplied parts except for some lower bearings that were left in my trunk that I was not told about.I would have given them higher rating but lack of communication would have been nice to get a call letting me know that this other part they can't figure out where it goes.it is a Mercedes and we could do some trouble shooting I have a youtube video on where the part goes. Well, they couldn't figure it out and just left the part in trunk and didnt tell after i paid thinking everything was installed, and I wanted to get them replaced as peace of mind. Also seems like cash is king here i was charged extra 20 for using their processing machine using a card.”

“Never had a problem here. I run around in my work vehicle a lot and rarely invest in new tires given the sites I drive on to and the punctures or tear that frequently happens. Given that, I go for used tires and Papa Reds has always had what I need and in and out in less than 45 minutes.

AutoZone was ready to charge me $400 for a "bad" alternator replacement, however Matt was able to provide me with stellar service and was able to check my alternator free of charge. “Unfortunately I hit a metal chair on the 202 and it completely perforated the underneath of my car. I took a leave at work for PTSD treatment and of course that happened as I’m going through an extremely difficult time. However, Steve at Gerber Collision made the process so extremely seamless for me. I know having USAA insurance helps as they are always great my rep this time was not the best- but Steve and the team made the not so ideal situation; better. So thank you to the team there, you guys have been absolutely amazing. You never know what someone is going through. So making this type of thing seamless for someone, is a big deal.
