“Man Roscoe was great, helped me save some $$$ by recommending that I just get the Flowmaster Outlaw muffler for replacement and not the entire bolt on kit (saved me about $200), Quality work, reasonable price and didn't take long at all. “Honest and dependable. Went to another tire place for a flat and they told me I needed 4 new tires at about $1500. Went to Big Brand and they said flat just needed a patch and I should be good with my tires for another few months. No charge. Will come back here soon to get new tires even. Great service”

“We went into the dealership late in the day on a Sunday. We were greeted right away by a salesman named Zachary. We apologized for the time of day we arrived and he quickly stated that it was no problem at all. We had a short discussion on what we were looking for and he took his time to show us around the lot. We never felt rushed. We located a truck in the rear of the lot and he worked with us and finance to work out an acceptable deal. This was such a positive experience and in talking with him he found that we had a common deep faith in god. He asked and we welcomed him saying a prayer over us. This moved my wife to tears and gave such a meaningful end to the whole process. We would highly recommend Zachary to anyone looking for a positive car shopping experience!

“My check engine light came on. Took it to Hayden Automotive- first time there. It has been a few weeks and everything seems to be running good. I has a bad catalytic converter (expected this was going to be the possible issue). Pricing was fair. The repair was done promptly. Was informed of the warranty which I was also pleased about. Felt they were polite, professional and honest. If I have any more car repairs I will be going to Hayden again. Based off of my experience with the shop I'd definitely recommend”

“First time ever using this shop and glad I did almost everything worked out and was quoted the best price out of other shops I called, and they installed all my supplied parts except for some lower bearings that were left in my trunk that I was not told about.I would have given them higher rating but lack of communication would have been nice to get a call letting me know that this other part they can't figure out where it goes.it is a Mercedes and we could do some trouble shooting I have a youtube video on where the part goes. Well, they couldn't figure it out and just left the part in trunk and didnt tell after i paid thinking everything was installed, and I wanted to get them replaced as peace of mind. Also seems like cash is king here i was charged extra 20 for using their processing machine using a card.”

“Never had a problem here. I run around in my work vehicle a lot and rarely invest in new tires given the sites I drive on to and the punctures or tear that frequently happens. Given that, I go for used tires and Papa Reds has always had what I need and in and out in less than 45 minutes.
Highly recommend for your tire needs.

AutoZone was ready to charge me $400 for a "bad" alternator replacement, however Matt was able to provide me with stellar service and was able to check my alternator free of charge. Turns out my alternator is perfectly fine. I was in and out in 10 minutes! It's also nice to be able to trust a mechanic again! Can't recommend this place enough! 10/10”
