“We went to the Verizon store today with a frustrating situation. Not really anyone's fault but it's odd and just horrible timing. We got Kaleb and told him what was happening and he just kindly listened to us and agreed it was odd. We had very low expectations that our problem could be fixed, but Kaleb tried every single angle that he could to try to help even stating he did not think there was anything to be done but went so far above and beyond to try to help. I believe the manager that he had called over was Zach and it was the exact same thing. These guys really tried to help us. They had a fantastic alternative that they offerred with setting up a temp number for us on my old device its just that the biggest part of us replacing it was that it was just not working. Even trying to fix another phone issue that we had just because they wanted to help us with something.”

“Had to do a return , associate very helpful. Was given a few tips on 3rd. Parties. Then went to self check out and the sign where the item was said $14.99 but rang up $24.99. Cashier scanned it said $24.99 so put back , a waste of time.”
