“For drink options, this is the place. Multiple ice flavors. Coffee pots in use, old school classic methodology of serving coffee RIGHT! Powder and liquid creamers at no extra cost. Soda pop, tea, and juice available. Free use of microwave for anyone, with no obligation to buy anything (a must for our hard working construction people amongst others). A public bathroom, mostly clean, and a sink out in the open. The grill items can be made very quickly and employees will make them on request. This store's parking lot, gas stations, and surroundings are immaculate! This is my convenience store and I choose 7-11 over the other guys EVERY TIME.”
“I recently visited GameStop to get a new headset, and I had an amazing experience with Ryan (long hair version). He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I got the headset I was seeking. He also took the time to inform me about all the discounts available, including those for pro members and veterans. Ryan mentioned that his regular store is Stapley and Baseline, but I’m planning to make the further trip to visit him again based on how great he was today. Thanks a bunch, GameStop!”

“I had a pretty good experience here. I like how it was clean inside and things were overall easy to find. Clothing options were a bit limited though. However, they did make up for it with some decent variety in other categories. Their candy selection seemed more extensive than other locations, and I even found some cool gummies that I haven't found elsewhere. Cute gift section too!
Great ambience too. I like the different themed music playing for the different areas. Excellent toy selection too, and such cute Halloween decorations. As for parking, they do have accessible parking and ramps.
Checkout though was a bit slow, only self-checkout and one lane seemed to be open.”

“I agree! James deserves a raise! Initially, we went to the Verizon Store on Val Vista and Baseline, but the customer service there was TERRIBLE!!! They didn’t listen to my needs, concerns or what I was looking for. They were only concerned with trying to upsell me to the most expensive products and insisted that was all they offered. So we walked out and ended up, thankfully, meeting James Chapman at this Verizon store. He was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with!!! He was so kind and genuinely listened to my needs and concerns. He made me feel like he was genuinely concerned about what would work best for me and my family. Even though this Verizon store is more out of the way, I would make that drive anytime to be able to work with James again!!! I will tell everyone to head to this store and ask for James to help them!!! Thank you James for your excellent customer service!!! We can’t wait to work with you again!!!”

“I just wanted to say that I went into target today and I asked someone for help but they kind of just pointed roughly where the item I was looking for was that I still couldn’t find it so then I’ve seen this gentleman of one of the aisles. his name was Marty and he just looked it up. It was a cake mix that you can’t find nowhere but Target he just pointed out. He was real good about it and then I asked him another question and he took me right to that. I don’t know where it was at so I just thought it was great. I was looking for a manager in the store to give Thumbs up because I just like the way he interacted with me. I didn’t realize that he was the manager on duty, but that’s great because he wasn’t boasting about his position. He was just trying to make sure the customer was happy and that’s great cause you don’t find that no more in stores so I just wanted to say thank you Marty again for helping me out because this was for my twins birthday on Sat 28

“I purchase an Epson TM-S9000MJ. The product arrived well packaged and as advertised. I had some issues with the hardware not working. I wrote them explaining my issue. I received a response from Paul and he suggested my issue was due to me trying to use it in a virtualized environment. I was using UTM on an iMac M1. Paul did offer to replace the product if I wished to do so. I appreciated the offer which shows they are confident in what they are selling and are willing to stand behind it. However, I setup the printer on a physical Windows 11 machine and the printer and scanner worked perfectly. I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you Paul for your support. Keep up the good work!”
