Morgan assistant mgr. assisted me on purchasing a new phone and home internet. I am 82 year old female and not real savvy on these devices. Morgan did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. Sometimes more than once when I did not understand something relative to my purchases. I was glad to hear that he was the assistant mgr. He deserves another promotion. He has the patience of a saint, Very knowledgeable, He explained my bill, promotions and everything I asked him about. He explained the products I decided to purchase and how to set them up and costs involved. He is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with.
Best of luck to you Morgan. T-MOBIL management. Treat this young man good. I rate him 10+++ out of 10. You wouldn't want to loose him.
