“I purchased a mattress 2 years ago and it's already sagging. No matter what side of the mattress I sleep on - right side, left side or middle - within a week it is sagging in that spot. I expected much more from a $2300 mattress. I'll be purchasing another mattress but will definitely be looking elsewhere.
update: Received a call from Mattia who advised I have a warranty on my mattress. She is sending someone out to look at it, take some pictures and see if it needs to be replaced. I have updated my review to 4 stars due to the quickness Brooklyn Bedding responded to my review and their eagerness to resolve the problem. I will update again once they have checked out the issue with the mattress and it is resolved to everyone's satisfaction.”

“This was our first experience at a Sleep Number store. Mary and Cheryl could not possibly have better customer service. They were both friendly and informative. They were very patient with my endless questions and helped me find the perfect bed for my wife and me. The place is spotless inside. As others have mentioned in their reviews, you’re not coming here to find a bargain bed. This is a Lamborghini, so come with that in mind.”
