Initial reaction is very positive for the information and assistance provided by Jason and Shane at the South Power Road showroom. They know their products and took the time to research our questions about the type of sheets we want for the new mattresses we are purchasing. A nice store!

Was helped by both Shane (in-store) and Jason (via phone). Both were knowledgeable, courteous, and helped with any questions or concerns I had. They both made this process easy. Highly recommend going to Mattress Firm at the Power Rd location and L202.
