“My experience with Norwood has always been good, however this time it was fantastic. I told Susan I wanted several items and when I came into the store she had fulfilled every item. But much to my surprise I changed my mind and wanted to venture in to a little more modern twist. Susan wasn’t phased at all and with a wonderful attitude scoured the store and found everything I wanted (even though I didn’t know what it was for sure). She was pleasant and fun to work with. “Great experience! Go here and ask for Leroy if you are thinking about getting a Sleep Number. Leroy was easy to work with and never once pressured us. He educated us and then watched patiently as we jumped back and forth between 2 beds for probably 30 minutes. When we were unsure he let us go home and think about it without any sales gimmicks. We returned the next day and bought a mattress. It is rare that a salesman doesn’t get pushy, or rush you at all. He also never once tried to upsell us. My only wish is that Leroy would sell cars because I would go to him every time.”

We were very happy with the 2-day turn around for delivery, and AFW's service from purchase through delivery. Our salesperson, Jennifer A. was great. Overall a very positive experience and we love our new furniture.”
