“A couple weeks ago, I went into the Verizon store and met with Jacob Clark. I can’t say enough about Jacob‘s ability to make people feel better and at ease when purchasing a new item or services I think his customer services is outstanding. I also like the fact that he Saved me money on my bill when we discovered Services that I did not need. He helped me get through the process of purchasing a new phone, returning my old phone with ease. His final statement to me made the most impact on me. When he told me that if I had any issues in the future or if any of my other family members had issues with their phones or service to give him a call directly, and he would resolve it immediately. I truly do appreciate his professionalism and dedication to service. Thank you”
