Fast iPhone repair!Jessica and Nathan are amazing!My iPhone battery swelled and started to pop the back of my phone off…along with the threat of a battery failure, I had to get it repaired fast. Cellairis was referred to me by the crew at Verizon.Nathan and Jessica went right to work on the repair and replacement. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything and really put me at ease…these iPhones are not cheap, so of course I was concerned that something else may go wrong. But not at all! They had the phone back to me in about 30 minutes.I am so impressed with their service. So, if you need your phone repaired…believe me, this is the place to go. Only giving 4 stars due to the AC not working well for the weather we’re having! I feel so bad for her and anyone else in there especially having to work in that heat while it’s super hot outside! Please fix AC for your employees! It’s not fair for them to wrk in that! Anna was nice enough to let me and my small daughter use her personal mini fan while we waited for her to set us up! “Always great service! All 3 of the young men that were in tonight have such great attitudes and are so patient. Understood what I needed and got me in and out. Just want to say to these gentlemen running the store, your doing a great job! While I was in tonight there was a couple that walked in asking for a handful of things and being rude on top of it. Completely not okay for the way they were acting. To the gentlemen dealing with them I don't know your name but I'm so sorry you have to deal with these disrespectful people coming in at the end of the night just to top off your day. Me being noisy listening in as you helped them, you were being helpful and answering all of their questions with explaining what would need to be done for what they wanted. “Very satisfied with the service. I came in with a plan in mind and the associate assisted me without trying to oversell me. He did provide all my options but ultimately made me feel comfortable with my overall decision. He did not have the color in stock so he had to order online. Not sure how commission works but if he lost a sale for not purchasing in house I couldn't tell because his tone was the same throughout the interaction. I was with my 3 year old and he assisted me in the right amount of time. I wasn't rushed or pressured. I haven't received my phone yet but based on my interaction I am confident my expectations have been met.”
