Moises complemented the experience perfectly by making sure every detail was handled smoothly and efficiently.
What really stood out to me was their patience, honesty, and teamwork. They made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. It’s rare to come across employees who are not only knowledgeable but also truly care about the customer experience.

“Brought my phone in to have it looked at for a bad speaker. They took the phone to the back, did some testing on it, brought it back out, and said nothing wrong with the speaker/phone. Could be a carrier or a reception issue since I travel all over so that’s very possible and when he handed the phone back no charge. How nice is that. Thank you very much ubreakifix. !”

“Victor at Boost here was super helpful. I went in with a rather complex issue having 2 lines. One of the lines is my primary line which I’ve had for the last couple years and the second is just an emergency back up line. I had just had the backup line added to my new device but was having an issue with my primary number because I had to use one of Apple’s phones (iPhone SE) at the Apple Store at Chandler Fashion Square to transfer to a new device. Since my iPhone 15 Pro Max had essentially been bricked due to what is believed to be some nefarious actors I had been using an Unplugged (UP) phone for that primary line until I unfortunately shattered the screen. Since I no longer had a working device that was why I needed to use Apple’s device to transfer my service. Unfortunately, it kept showing up on the Boost account app that my registered device was an iPhone SE. This also reflected in the Boost Mobile internal system despite my IMEI’s reflecting to my new device. I also needed a WiFi connection to update those eSims which I did not have at home. So I went to Fry’s up the street. Once I straightened out the issue with my secondary line I then turned to the next with the primary line while sitting inside a Fry’s grocery store at a Starbucks. I tried to update my eSim and then lost connectivity to both numbers. Couldn’t help but notice the older gentleman sitting to my left with an Airforce hat on the table in front of him and wanted to engage with him asking him about the good old days before all this digital tech. But he got up and left oddly just before I lost connectivity. Not accusing him of anything as I think he was just taking a load off but coming back to Victor at Boost. Outstanding guy and very knowledgeable. I told him from the rip that it was a bit complicated but he accepted the challenge and definitely went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this location and working with Victor for anyone having any technical issues.”

Last holdout of micro electronics in the area, and they even mentioned changing on hand inventory because a company started needing more and it was worth it. Highly recommend checking them out. I was in search of critical DB Connectors to keep a major piece of machinery running and it is a lot easier going in and getting it now than having to wait and being not sure what quality and part I will actually get online. They update their inventory every night and can order things if you need.”
