“John was incredibly professional while still making me feel welcome. We just moved to the area and I had only gone in for an Amazon return. There was a shirt line and j had my 9 year old with. John and his associate quickly helped the other customers and got us in and out in no time! Friendly, and without being pushy, John let us know about a few other services that the UPS Store provides. We will definitely be returning and that is thanks to John. I'm sure he has to do 8000 Amazon returns a day and yet he still made us feel like out return was important. Thanks John!”

“After the Gym I Came into drop off an Amazon return today although there was a line of 5 people it moved quickly. I was in and out within 5 mins of entering the store. I was also provided clear covers to put my labels in as I didn't have tape. This is a massive plus! I was assisted by someone who was training and she did a great job. Customer service from all the representatives at this location treated each patron with respect and quick to resolve any concerns. Great service keep up the amazing work!”
“Alex, store manager went above and beyond for me today. First off, I was in the wrong location for my Amazon return. He helped me to sack them up, labeled them correctly and give me two options for drop off that were nearby.
He was very kind doing it all, and very patient. Especially considering, it’s the Christmas season and there was a line at the store.

“Parking here is hot garbage and once you find a spot you will have to stand in a huge line. It moved very quickly though and Jason is the super star of the post office. He is just the nicest and knowledgeable person working there and the reason for my high rating. People are very frustrated with the post office here but it’s because of the huge population boom. Also noticed people mad about the dirt lot being blocked but I don’t know that they owned that.”
