It offers a lot of really cool, fun, and universal items including clothes, jewelry, decor, gifts, accessories, incense, and art decor. The clothing features a light, flowy, and boho style, with each piece being a little different in material thickness. The items are responsibly made from recycled material, with unsold clothing remade into new pieces.
Many find the products to be overpriced, though there is a discount section. The quality is considered amazing, with items holding up over multiple washes without shrinking, fading, or tearing if cared for correctly. The staff and sales representatives across all locations are consistently noted as the friendliest, kindest, and most helpful, providing exceptional and stellar customer service. The shop provides a great energy, serving as a safe place to re-center with its good ambiance and aroma. It is considered a cool little store and an overall diamond in the rough.
This is the best Earthbound I've been in. It was bigger than I expected. Ashly is THE best part of this store. She is honestly the best. Her positive vibes and amazing personality is definitely a bonus. We will definitely visit this location again when we return to Scottsdale.
