Max was kind enough to let me try a few chairs out and we found the perfect fit. High quality leather, quiet operating motor and a rechargeable battery that allows us to move the chair where we need it. Can’t say enough about how great our experience was. “Been here twice now, once for a birthday private event and second as a valentines date. Both times were great. It’s rare to have a place to create your own scent and be a part of pouring your own candle, and Light & Bark is just that place. In addition, I love that their mission suppers shelter dogs. The staff is always super welcoming and most generous as they ensure you make a candle that you’re the most content with. I will continue coming back when I’m in need of more candles.”

There is a saying in sales that a person purchases a product not because they feel the emotional connection to a product but because of the people they do business with - this is exactly the case. The staff went above and beyond to answer my question, pulled the product high up on a wall so I can measure the antlers and get an idea of the size and weight of the product. “In 2002 (22 years ago) I purchased a file cabinet for my office along with a corner desk...I love the set. Recently I had a issue with the top drawer of the filing cabinet. I called the service department at Copenhagen and asked if they could either make a service call or recommend someone who may be able to fix the slides on both sides of the top drawer. Pascal came over a few days later and surveyed the situation. Because of the age of the piece, he didn't think they still had the parts. However he did look around the "shop" and he found us two sets. Within a few days, he came back and installed the broken ones and gave us an extra 2nd set. I was thrilled. He worked fast and within minutes my office was just the way it has been for years. I think this was over the top service and I am forever grateful. We have been a good customer of Copenhagen, over the years we have purchased a sofa, a bedroom set, an easy chair, and some accessory pieces. It's my go to store for furniture and furnishings.”

Susan at this location was aware and actually looked pictures of other chairs we were looking at and made suggestions, that she knew would cost her the sale from them!! My wife respected her comment and opinions enough that we ended up purchasing one of the other chairs. “This store is briliant.Akin to a curiosity shop, the store offers an enormous range of furniture and home decor. It's better than a curiosity shop in fact. The goods are authentic, with many being brought in from Turkey and Morocco. Their line of products is unique, and there really is something for everyone.It's difficult to describe just how wonderful this store is, I cannot recommend visiting it enough.Staff are great too. “I have been shopping at these stores (I've visited the Sedona, Flagstaff, and Scottsdale locations) for the past 4 years and have a very large collection of their items. I find the quality of these items across all stores to be amazing as long as you know how to take care of them correctly (ie. Delicate cycle, line dry). None of my items have shrunk, faded, or torn.The photos show only a small amount of items I own and my most recent purchase. Yes they are pricey but they are good quality and have held up over multiple washes. If you love light, flowey, and boho style this is definitely the store for you. Every piece of clothing is a little different on material thickness. I have some pants that are very thin but with the pattern on them nothing is noticeable and I have some pants that are very thick. They also recycle their own material. So anything not sold they will cut up and remake into a new piece of clothing (ie. Pants into a shirt). Love every location I have been too and every sale rep has been very kind and helpful.”

“This is my absolute favorite Home Goods store! I think this is the largest one I've been to as well. As the name states, they offer home decor and merchandise like cookware, accent furniture, lamps, rugs, decorative accessories, pet items and even food. Just too much to list everything they carry. I can easily spend hours looking at everything in this store as it really is like a treasure hunt. As you walk in, you notice how bright and colorful everything is. Their prices are very reasonable and they have clearance sections throughout the entire store. Because their selection changes very often, you need to grab something if you like it as it won't be there long especially if it's on clearance. I especially enjoy perusing their gourmet food aisles. You'll find many unusual and cool items as boba tea mocha, specialty noodles, and all kinds of different spices and candy. I always get my ginger chews from this store and like trying different kinds of olive oils. This is a great place to find that perfect birthday present you're looking for and dog treats and toys. It's a good thing I don't live close to this location as I'd be broke:) check it out, you're going to have so much fun!”
