Back in my home state but remembering a cowhide stool I saw amidst beautiful rugs, I reached out by phone-- and was offered free delivery of the stool for a birthday gift, after first sending pictures and measurements and helping affirm my decision -- all very pleasantly and without pressure. I only wish I needed a beautiful rug since I know for certain I would buy it from Baluchi Rug Gallery. Thank you so much, Hamza and your father !”
“Been here twice now, once for a birthday private event and second as a valentines date. Both times were great. It’s rare to have a place to create your own scent and be a part of pouring your own candle, and Light & Bark is just that place. In addition, I love that their mission suppers shelter dogs. The staff is always super welcoming and most generous as they ensure you make a candle that you’re the most content with. I will continue coming back when I’m in need of more candles.”

“Picked up an outdoor lounge chair and side table - ladies were so friendly - when I had trouble fitting the lounge chair in my car, one of them came out with an allen wrench to help me take it apart so it fit - and then tried to give me the allen wrench to use when I got home. “In beautiful old downtown Scottsdale is a furniture slash gallery retail store with a beautiful collection of timeless pieces. I met Christin Ortiz whom gave me a story of how they got into business and the connections of various artist from the western plains from photography, paintings and sculptures as well as buffalo leather furniture. I decided on a photography piece by Robert Dawson. It is a numbered limited piece in a gorgeous textured frame with a complete certificate of authenticity. It is a striking and gorgeous piece that compliments my space beautifully.The owner is fantastic. He personally comes to your home and installs your purchased piece to best catch the character or space of the room.”

“My husband and I went in on Saturday 24th and met with Jamie. He had put a chandelier aside for us. We wanted to look around at others and he was happy to show us many. We ended up with a beautiful chandelier. He also showed us medallions for the ceiling and we purchased one of those as well. He was a very friendly, professional. We were taken care of 100%. We will be back to see Jamie for all are lighting needs. He is very knowledgeable about all types of lighting and accessories. There is a saying in sales that a person purchases a product not because they feel the emotional connection to a product but because of the people they do business with - this is exactly the case. The staff went above and beyond to answer my question, pulled the product high up on a wall so I can measure the antlers and get an idea of the size and weight of the product. This highly impressed me so I drove back to Scottsdale the following day which is an 1.5 hour drive for me with traffic on a Friday to see the friendly staff and purchase this product that finally fills a blank space into a showcase room.Thank you so much for your stellar customer service!”
