I've ordered from Dillon like 3 times because their stuff is awesome and even after almost 2 decades I've only needed to order replacement parts that many times. Just an awesome company. They take care of their Veterans too. When I tried to order a part, Sam asked me why I was ordering it, and I explained that it had failed and I had a spare that I replaced it with. He warrantied the part out without hesitation. I just can't even imagine a better customer service mantra than what they provide. Comfortable & “At-Home” when shopping and browsing at Northwest Armory. I can try out new firearms, take my time, browse, stair at the celling for 5 minutes. I guess my point is that the employees wont harass you and that the buying process (when you’re ready), happens very organically.
