“Had a mag release break while I was putting together a stripped AR lower. Sent them a photo and while it did take a few days to get back to me and they are impossible to get on the telephone, they did finally respond to my email and immediately shipped out a replacement no questions asked...”

“I recently acquired a double barrelled rifle from William Larkin Moore & Sons. As internet picture posts rarely provide sufficient information as to condition, I called to speak to a representative. WLM's sales staff member thoroughly and acurately addressed the rifle's condition. I had never previously purchased from this dealer but wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. The rifle was correctly represented, fairly priced and deliver was prompt. Their professionalism was the best. Thanks, Mike”

“I came in to sell some ammo and other business. I was assisted by Mo and Colby. Their prices were fair and I was treated with respect and honesty unlike some other pawn shops. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will continue to do business with them.”

“Justin, Doug, and Linda have been very supportive in getting our website up and running. Gearfire works hard to create opportunity and smooth business practice for their customers.”

“Mike at Peakview Firearms is wonderful! His customer service is amazing, his prices are fair, and he has a wealth of information. He's extremely generous about taking the time to answer questions and pass on information. I never leave his shop without learning something new.”

“I had an issue with my Dillon XL750 when one of the parts broke. I called Dillon Precision on Monday and spoke with Dan, who was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. He immediately took care of the issue and sent me a replacement part at no cost, fully honoring Dillon’s lifetime warranty. What impressed me even more was the speed of the service. I received the replacement part today, Thursday, just a few days after my call. This is exactly the kind of customer service that builds long term loyalty. Dillon not only makes excellent equipment, but they truly stand behind their products and their customers. A lifetime warranty only has value when a company actually honors it, and Dillon Precision absolutely does. Thank you, Dan, and thank you Dillon Precision. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.”

“I had an absolute blast visiting. With very little experience, I found it easy to get setup and was shooting targets within a few minutes. I had 2 pistols with a combined 200 rounds for about $100 US and a single shot rifle with 200 rounds for $150 as well. Range went up to 70' which is nice and the staff were helpful and instructional at no extra charge. This experience has given me a serious interest in target shooting.”

“For a retail establishment that probably deals with a unique clientele.I've been going there, with no exaggeration 30 years, and there's not a finer bunch of guys, knowledgeable but most of all patient. At almost 80 years, that's important. especially when they describe a modular e system or a Moa red dot sight. There prices are competitive, although I tried to get a 9mm Ruger,1911 cheaper & couldn't. Meanwhile they sold out, procrastination. Thanks”

“Sorry fellas, I didn’t have a better picture to add to my review. So I came in the store to pick up an FFL transfer I had been waiting on to get once my new Arizona license came in the mail. Everything was quick and went smoothly. No surprise there! I have been shopping here since at least 2019 I believe. For some reason, a good reason, I just feel Comfortable & “At-Home” when shopping and browsing at Northwest Armory. I can try out new firearms, take my time, browse, stair at the celling for 5 minutes. I guess my point is that the employees wont harass you and that the buying process (when you’re ready), happens very organically. I highly recommend NW Armory as I have never had a negative interaction in all the years I have shopped here. Thanks guys!”
