BTL provided an Overwhelming amount of knowledge of the products they sold and explained all the ways the gear meets the requirements for the leagues my sons play in. BTL pointed out all the certs and stamping on the gear. BTL did something I've not experienced in the past from other vendors they had their own quality control that looked over edge to edge on the equipment for defects as if it were their own kid ensuring we received the highest . “I’m a bigger guy and these holsters allow me to carry aiwb no problem. I have a box of at least 15 holsters from various manufacturers that are pretty worthless to me, so I have experience from the cheap Amazon kydex, to the most expensive leather of the bunch. I can say that Hawg has created a 99% perfect holster that allows me to basically forget I’m even carrying. You guys rock!”

“Purchased a pair of Eddie Bower hikers there and the reinforced toe was causing discomfort in one shoe. They allowed me to return the shoes and purchase a replacement. Purchased a Columbia brand and it is so much more comfortable.

Alec Porterfield has become not just part of our baseball family but our every day family.
Alec encouraged my son to be an all-star when nobody believed in him. Now, when my son accomplishes anything in baseball, he wants Alec to know about it first and runs to the counter to tell him.
Alec is a ridiculous baseball glove instructor, informer and fixer. Not limited to catcher’s mitts. He re-laced my son’s first baseman glove and put in the blue laces in that he wanted as a surprise.
Alec Andy, Hunter, Sadie, Nate Z and the other beautiful people will take great care of you.

“When you need size 13 or bigger shoes, finding stores that carry such sizes can prove to be difficult and will limit where you can shop.
They carry more clothing items than they do shoes, but this Foot Locker at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall seems to be well organized and you may find what you want there.”

Comfortable & “At-Home” when shopping and browsing at Northwest Armory. I can try out new firearms, take my time, browse, stair at the celling for 5 minutes. I guess my point is that the employees wont harass you and that the buying process (when you’re ready), happens very organically. I highly recommend NW Armory as I have never had a negative interaction in all the years I have shopped here. Thanks guys!”
