Why are you not open during mall hours?! Came to purchase a last minute item thinking all stores are open during mall hours. Guess not. What a joke

Had a great experience shopping here. Was on the hunt for merchandise spanning 10-11 different sports teams. The very helpful associate hunted high and low throughout the store suggesting options until we found just the right gift for everyone on the list!

If the Red Sox had a series against the Yankees this coming weekend, would you put up a 50 foot display of Yankees stuff when people walk into the store located in Boston? Amazon got my business tonight. Also, it may help to have a role that focuses on what teams remain most relevant?
