After spending 3 hours with Apple technical support and no resolution, it was suggested that I meet with MacMedia. In less than 5 minutes, Stowman , resolved my computer’s dmg issues. He is a fantastic technician.

Love love love these guys. They have been our go too for many years now. Been in several times over the past few weeks, broken phone, then my laptop (twice). Super friendly staff each time took the time to explain what was going on, and then fix the problem. highly recomend A+++
