The staff is well trained ,or experienced, and makes shopping here a dream, friendly, courteous ,considerate are not enough adjectives to express our feelings about Craig and the ladies. We wish we lived closer but are assured we will be kept apprised of new shipments.”

“I have to wear "good" shoes and even more so since a broken foot bone, surgery and a long recovery. The staff at this particular store are knowledgeable, helpful and do everything to help you make a good choice. They are willing to go extra mile to get you what you would like. I was even instructed how to properly tie my Hokas (that I had bought elsewhere) so they would truly provide the support that I bought them for! We all know that if your shoes hurt, you are in trouble. Their service is worth the price as well as the good shoes.”

“My teenagers and I were walking around in old town Scottsdale. This was the only place open after 5 and I was pleased to find this place. My kids looked around looked at all the tee-shirts and this place should be sneaker city central. I saw the coolest sneakers (cool for a 52 year old man) but my daughter who is a sneaker head and she discovers cool a year before most people notice it (she's a cool hunter). If you are looking for a unique look and want to stand out this is your place. You can put together a look that says I don't follow trends I make them. I asked my 18 year old daughter what does this place say to you after we walked out. She said they are sending the right message but need to reach out to schools over the Phoenix that we are the "IT" place to shop and get the look they want.Good Luck out there.J.V.N”

“My sister visited to get new shoes since the ones she brought for vacation were causing pain. Laura was super helpful and knowledgeable- assessed her pronation and gate. Brought out a million different pairs of shoes for her to try on and she found the perfect pair. While she was being helped, Emmett helped me try out these stretching devices that immediately helped with Achilles pain i have had for 2 years!!!! Thank you so much. We'll be back.”

“My daughter and I popped in here for the first time and the smell of leather was overwhelming. We loved the selection of boots but were hoping for more women's clothing selections too. We tried on boots and found several pairs we wanted. The pair she was in love with wasn't in store in her size so she had to order herself. We had a good salesperson, I can't remember his name but the rest of the crew congregated behind the cash wrap. We weren't sure if that was their unique selling technique or what the deal was. We were happy we found someone who wanted to help. The boots are great quality and we'll buy more.”

“Wow, I would have never expected Nordstrom to compete with Old Navy in price (underwear). Because I didn’t bring enough underwear for my trip here to Phoenix from San Francisco, I went to my Hampton Hotel neighboring Old Navy to buy a pair. After going to Old Navy next door only to find sucky underwear wear that a poor “plan of attack” by the manager and employees [?saved me?] from buying, I went here willing to spend extra to correct my underpacking mistake before my drive home tomorrow. I was surprised at the competitive price for a PACKAGED 3-pack - AND IN MY SIZE! It turns out that that’s the most comfortable underwear ever. I wore 1 for my long drive home and the other 2 the following days which each had formal dressing events. My Phoenix souvenir was just great comfortable underwear that I can buy at my local Nordstrom Rack closer to home. I do say the service was better than but still somewhat status quo, thus not so memorable for an out-of-town shopping experience.”

If they aggressively "sales pitched" me (common for north Scottsdale), I would have walked out. Cari let me do my thing and I ended up leaving with the most gorgeous, versatile item of clothing. “Paige is a great brand for men's jeans I actually initially found this brand back in 2017. This location at Scottadale Quarter is hard to find on Apple Maps but it's basically next to Culinary dropout on the north side. Their selection for men's clothing is really large. The layout of merchandise in the store looks almost too much like a showroom where you don't want to browse some of the clothes because the showroom looks to perfect you don't want to mess up how perfect it looks. The girls working there were all very friendly and helpful they know the product really well. If you want nice jeans for men and don't mind spending $150ish to $209 then check out this place. Also on their website there's a 15% off your purchase coupon as of today.”

“Larissa Gauntt was my initial contact at Vince Scottsdale Quarter and I knew at that moment I would have good old fashion great customer service! I was looking for an early Christmas gift with unexpected cold rainy weather forecast in sunny Arizona. I needed a coat and she was able to help me find the exact one I wanted even though it was not showing available online. I went to the store to make sure it was the right coat as I could not see it online. It was and we ordered it to be delivered to our home. Fast forward to countless calls to FedEx and Vince regarding my coat showing my purchase delivered when in fact it had not been. I called Larissa and she worked swiftly to get a new coat sent to me! The customer service I received was remarkable given the current level of “oh well” that seems to be the norm and acceptable. I was a long time customer of Vince and now will be a lifetime customer.”

This was one of my stops, and I'll be honest, I didn't think I was going to like it. But as it turns out, this was my favorite spot out of all of them. “I absolutely love Boot Junky, I’ve ordered a total of 7 pair of boots from this company. Never had issues with my past orders. I recently returned 2 pair of boots. I failed to read where it said if returned, I would have to pay for shipping which was $45 and let me tell you that it hurt because that could have gone towards more boots. However, I am a BOOT JUNKY and I will continue to order from this company. I’ll just have to make sure I really really love the boot. Plus, I really love the little notes they send with each order.Update: I changed my review to 5 stars because I just received the 2 pair of boots I ordered and I’m in love!!”
