Every time Paulette puts something on her website (preferably the Coleen boots), I buy them! They look so great on me!!! “Today I went to the store. My feet were in pain. I needed extra wide shoes. A young man waited on me. His name is Mazin Ashby. I have never had a salesperson so helpful in my life! He was patient and kind. He educated me on the type of shoe to buy. He took his time and didn't rush me. He was so knowledgeable about the foot and the type of shoe I needed. I am just blown away by the service I received from him. I will shop there again when I need shoes!”

“I took in a pretty expensive pair of Giuseppe‘s Zanotti boots that actually are a very bad design as there was no zipper, and they are over the knee boots. After having two spine surgeries, my feet are still a little swollen and I couldn’t get the boots on, so I took them to Ariel’s to see if it was possible to put a zipper in them. OMG! I just picked them up and I can get them on no problem and they look beautiful. They look like the zipper was meant to be there. I will never take my shoes or handbag any place else other than Ariel’s. Thank you so much!”

“My old Park Avenues were tight in the toe box. I shared the issue with Cameron who kindly spent one hour with me to help me find the perfect width and size. I tried on every variation in width in several sizes. He happily laced up each one for me and was immersed in finding me the perfect shoe.
I typically dont write reviews, but I also rarely meet genuinely kind people like Cameron. I felt comfortable and well treated. My experience in this particular store has made me a customer for life. Outstanding service from a true gentleman.”

“Daughter needed new shoes and wanted something similar to her Tadeevos but most stores don't keep a stock of barefoot/ natural foot shaped footwear.
This is place is a much needed addition to the footwear market in Arizona. Fitness, running, hiking, casual, dress, shoes, sandals, boots, socks, etc. Brands included Be Lanka, Xero, Lems, Vivobarefoot, etc., which is a very impressive collection that is more than worth stopping by to check out.
On top of this, the service was top notch from the moment we walked into the store. They helped assess the use case and pull out a variety of different shoes to try on to meet the needs. As a result, we were able to find a couple of pair of shoes to suit our needs.
There are additional sensory tools, toes spacers, toe socks, etc. which are also helpful depending on what you are looking for.
I am looking forward to coming back here whenever possible for our family's footwear needs. I will also be recommending them to everyone interested in natural footwear. I will also have to check out the total foot reset that they offer in the near future.”

“Rachel, the store manager at the Scottsdale Quarter is wonderful. Over the holidays I had ordered a $100 gift card and I could not access it, after many failed attempts of trying myself and being told I need to wait for the “gift card person” to release the online gift card— I went into the store to see if they could help me there. Rachel— tried for multiple days to also help me. She was very warm and kind. She handled the situation and I was able to leave with my gift card. So grateful for her understanding and trying to help me resolve this frustrating situation. She is a wonderful manager”

She was super helpful and very kind. They have a large selection of dresses and gowns suitable for many occasions.”

They don’t understand the limitations of warranties and expect way too much of customer service.
