When I walked into the store later that day I was greeted immediately, and Laura was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took her time to help me find the right fit. “Listen, when I say wonderful customer service, perfect timing and incredible quality. I brought my daughter a pair of boots in the store but my boots had to be ordered since I was blessed with a big foot. The boot company (Double D Ranch) were able to do a custom 12 boot. This was a birthday present to myself and just got here a day after my birthday and I could not be more pleased. They have such a great selection of boots for the rest of you small feet people lol. “I took in a pretty expensive pair of Giuseppe‘s Zanotti boots that actually are a very bad design as there was no zipper, and they are over the knee boots. After having two spine surgeries, my feet are still a little swollen and I couldn’t get the boots on, so I took them to Ariel’s to see if it was possible to put a zipper in them. OMG! I just picked them up and I can get them on no problem and they look beautiful. They look like the zipper was meant to be there. I will never take my shoes or handbag any place else other than Ariel’s. Thank you so much!”

If they aggressively "sales pitched" me (common for north Scottsdale), I would have walked out. Cari let me do my thing and I ended up leaving with the most gorgeous, versatile item of clothing. “If there is a finer women's clothing shop for the prices in the U. S. we have yet to find it. The amount of clothing and shoes is nearly overwhelming. The staff is well trained ,or experienced, and makes shopping here a dream, friendly, courteous ,considerate are not enough adjectives to express our feelings about Craig and the ladies. We wish we lived closer but are assured we will be kept apprised of new shipments.”
“Paige is a great brand for men's jeans I actually initially found this brand back in 2017. This location at Scottadale Quarter is hard to find on Apple Maps but it's basically next to Culinary dropout on the north side. Their selection for men's clothing is really large. The layout of merchandise in the store looks almost too much like a showroom where you don't want to browse some of the clothes because the showroom looks to perfect you don't want to mess up how perfect it looks. The girls working there were all very friendly and helpful they know the product really well. If you want nice jeans for men and don't mind spending $150ish to $209 then check out this place. Also on their website there's a 15% off your purchase coupon as of today.”

“Larissa Gauntt was my initial contact at Vince Scottsdale Quarter and I knew at that moment I would have good old fashion great customer service! I was looking for an early Christmas gift with unexpected cold rainy weather forecast in sunny Arizona. I needed a coat and she was able to help me find the exact one I wanted even though it was not showing available online. I went to the store to make sure it was the right coat as I could not see it online. It was and we ordered it to be delivered to our home. Fast forward to countless calls to FedEx and Vince regarding my coat showing my purchase delivered when in fact it had not been. I called Larissa and she worked swiftly to get a new coat sent to me! The customer service I received was remarkable given the current level of “oh well” that seems to be the norm and acceptable. I was a long time customer of Vince and now will be a lifetime customer.”

“Best vans store in all of phoenix has all the best newest vans always kept in stock and workers are great always asking for help . Austin M was really helpful one of the shoe laces had a small stain he changed the lace for me. “Went here to get last minute, Christmas presents, and a gentleman by the name Daniel with tattoos was more than helpful. He went above and beyond to help me and took his time and did not Rashmi even know it was extremely busy.
