“Our entire experience with DTF was friendly and professional. During the initial call, the operator was patient and understanding. Once the problem was defined, costs were explained thoroughly and we were pleasantly surprised to have a service tech scheduled that same day. When David did arrive (on time) he had the tools needed to do the job and he successfully finished within one hour. David was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained every step of the repair process. We will gladly refer DFT Logistics to friends and other family members.”
