Shadow Mountain U-Haul provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond to help me with my storage units, and every interaction with their staff has been a pleasure. They’re always friendly, patient, and never make me feel rushed.
What really stood out was how well the staff gets along with one another—joking and laughing together, creating such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They made me feel like a VIP, not just another customer.

“This location is amazing. I was in a pinch when the Budget rental company next door cancelled my moving truck 30 minutes before my movers were supposed to show up at my house. I was desperate at this point, so I stopped into U-haul and within 6 minutes I left with a perfect truck, for half the cost of Budget. I couldn’t recommend this Uhaul location more. Thank you!”
“Quit raising your prices. We are trying to get the economy under control and upper managements decision to raise prices is unacceptable. Nothing but greed and disrespect for the customer. The store was great but UHaul management does not care about keeping prices online.”

“We fill up propane and the attendant said it took very little and won't charge us for it. Still took an effort and time but he insisted for us not to pay anything. What an amazing gesture by Uhaul. We've always impressed by these guys, the company and this particular location especially. We've been going back many times and will continue to use their services and highly recommend U haul services. A true American company with amazing people!”
