Scott was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional to me an an elderly woman while I was there. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience at this shop.

Excellent service! Especially when Scott is working! I love the fact that every time I go in, all I have to do is give him my number and they have all my info already saved and he packs it for me! I barely spent 5 min there. For a small location, there's so much to choose from as far as packaging and gorgeous cards.

Had a bad experience with this UPS. First, all UPSes I've worked with, are willing to print the label. They wanted to charge me for $5! Second, it seems like the don't really care about customer. Overall, I don't recommend this place.
