Typically I don’t believe in using review platforms for COVID-related gripes, but this is flagrant deception. I asked the person working if he’d mind throwing on a mask, but he stated that he didn’t have one. Okay. Fine. Then why put this sign on the door?

I live in Tempe and work in Paradise Valley, this is the only UPS store I will go to. Ivan always remembers me and is one of the friendliest people I've ever encountered at a UPS store. If you stay out of there on Mondays, there's rarely a line.
