I went into get my phone fixed and it was talked into buying another phone Under the pretense that a lot of it would be paid for by lowering my plan rate.I was lied to.It seems that the person I was working with would say anything to get a Sale.

Will was exceptional! He educated our family of upgrades, set us up with multiple phones and sent us on our way. Wonderful customer service! Would definitely go back.

This store is never open to the public ! I’ve come here 4 different times and every time it was either locked during open hours or notes on the door saying they’ll be back. Why have a location here if you can never serve customers during open hours . Just close this location down
